How long will my order take?
Most personalized baby gifts will ship within 3 business days of the order being finalized
(proof approved, if necessary and payment received). We do, however,
try our best to accomodate rush orders - just let us know in the comment
area on our order form. Shipping charges quoted is for USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail. |
What are your shipping charges?
For all personalized baby gifts being shipped within the United States, we ship USPS Priority Mail. We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.00 (per mailing address) no matter how many blankets are being shipped together. This amount will be automatically added during shopping cart set up. International orders are welcome! Actual shipping charges will be calculated on an individual basis and the difference, if any, will be invoiced separately. |

I need my order really fast! Do you have a rush fee?
We do not charge you extra to rush your order. We’ve all needed a last minute gift – it happens! Please contact us prior to placing your order; if we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will! |
How will my blanket (or doll) be packaged?
We believe our beautiful personalized blankets deserve a beautiful presentation!
Standard (free) presentation is beautifully folded and tucked inside our signature sheer white organza bag. If shipping directly to baby, a hand written gift card attached with mini pastel clothespin will be included.
Deluxe gift wrap option also includes a white gift box with tissue paper and a custom printed greeting card. The whole package will be tied up with a coordinating organza/satin ribbon Cost is $4.00 |
How do I know if I have provided too much or too little information?
Do not worry about figuring exact character counts. Just fill out our personalization
form with anything you might like to be on your blanket. We will use as much as
possible to nicely fill the personalized baby blanket. If you have limited information, we will use extra
spacing and more symbols (duckies, hearts, stars, etc.) to fill evenly or repeat a
phrase such as "Sweet Dreams" if you provide one. Be sure to let us know in the
comment section of our personalization form if you have any special instructions.

Your mini blankets are so small, what's the point ? When a baby is very small, a mini blanket is all you need for them in their car seat, stroller, swing, bassinet, etc. A larger blanket just ends up dragging on the floor.
Small enough to keep in the diaper bag, mom's tell us that their baby's mini blanket often doubles as an emergency burp cloth, changing pad or even bib!
When given as a set: our mini blankets match our crib blankets exactly; baby will bond with both equally and accept either one. (Sure makes blanket wash day a little less tragic!) Also, it's so nice to have the mini to take with so the crib blanket can stay home! Especially when traveling in the car, shopping, daycare or even Grandma's! |
I want some information on my blanket that you do not offer on your order form. Will there be extra charges for that?
Our pricing includes complete personalization around all four sides
of our blankets with any wording you choose. Our personalization
forms are only suggestions of popular information and phrases.
We love it when our customers have fun and be creative. If it fits, we will embroider it! |
What do the “ *** ” mean in your sample wordings?
These represent where we will embroider symbols to separate thoughts and phrases. We will use an assortment of symbols such as hearts, stars, duckies, etc. throughout the blanket. If you have a special request for your symbols (i.e. use only hearts) please let us know on your order form. |
Why are some of your blankets more expensive - are they nicer?
All of our blanket lines are beautiful! We believe personal preference,
climate or sometimes the occasion determines what choice our
customers make. All blanket lines are beautiful,
quality blankets - we wouldn't settle for anything less. |
What forms of payment do you accept?
We can accept almost any form of payment for our personalized baby gifts(most major credit cards, e-check, Paypal Acct.)
because we utilize the Paypal Shopping Cart service. We feel that this is one of the most
secure payment methods available. We never even see your personal financial information! |
Do you offer corporate discounts?
Yes, we offer a corporate package that includes a corporate discount,
custom, password-protected personalization forms and free gift boxing.

What does “email a proof” mean on your order form?
We will compile the information you give us into a “story” that will be embroidered clockwise around the blanket. Ordering a proof will ensure that your blanket “reads” as you would like. We will also let you know if you have too little or too much information and make suggestions on how you may want to revise your wording. Generally, a proof will be emailed within 24 hours of receiving your order. |
I just submitted an order… now what?
We do most of our correspondence through email. If we have any questions, or if you requested a proof, we will be contacting you within 24 hours of receiving your order (usually much sooner). Otherwise, a shipping tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us. |
