Production Time, Shipping & Returns
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
The production time for your order will depend on the products you order and current order volume.
Proof Approval: Production will not begin on your order until we receive your final proof approval email.
Standard Production Time: We strive to meet our 7-10 business day production timeline if at all possible. If your order will run over that timeframe, we will notify you as quickly as possible.
Rush Production Time: If Rush Production Service is purchased (only available on designated blanket styles) your blanket production time will be 3 business days.
Delivery in the US is typically 2-4 days shipping by USPS, and is a flat $8.95 per shipping address.
Orders are shipped Priority Mail by USPS from Wisconsin. In our experience, 70% of orders are received within 2 business days of shipping and 95% of orders are deliivered within 3 business days from shipping date. However, we cannot guarantee this service, and orders may take several days to arrive, especially during peak shipping seasons.
RETURN POLICY
Please review your embroidery proof carefully. All embroidered items are non-refundable.
If you receive your order and find an error you made in the embroidery, please contact us immediately. We might be able to fix some small errors, at our discretion. We will provide you with a quote to fix the error. You will be responsible for shipping fees.
In the rare occasion that you receive your order wiith an error on our end, please contact us immediately. Depending on the error, and item, we will determine if we are able to fix the error or if we will send you a new blanket. We will pay all shipping costs
