Refund Policy for Custom Embroidered Baby Blankets

Because our baby blankets are custom embroidered and personalized just for you, we kindly ask that you review all embroidery details carefully before placing your order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom embroidered baby blankets are non-refundable.

 

If you receive your blanket and notice an error in the embroidery details that was entered at checkout, please contact us right away. In some cases, we may be able to correct small errors at our discretion. If a fix is possible, we’ll provide a quote for the embroidery adjustment. Please note that shipping costs for these corrections will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

In the rare event that your personalized baby blanket arrives with an embroidery error on our end, please reach out to us immediately. Depending on the item and the nature of the issue, we will determine whether the blanket can be corrected or if a replacement blanket will be sent. All shipping costs for errors made by us will be fully covered.
