1. Products & Customization

1.1 Sew-Adorable specializes in custom embroidered baby blankets, made to order based on the personalization details you provide, including but not limited to names, fonts, thread colors, and designs.

1.2 Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products:

  • Minor variations in color, embroidery placement, or stitching may occur.

  • Product photos are for reference only and may differ slightly from the finished item.

1.3 Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details before submitting an order. Sew-Adorable is not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect customization information provided by the customer.

2. Order Acceptance & Processing

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted personalization requests

  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions

2.3 Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

3.3 Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Sew-Adorable does not store or have access to your full payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Custom orders typically require 5-7 business days for production before shipment.

4.2 Shipping and production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4.3 Sew-Adorable is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal or delivery carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

4.4 Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 Personalized and custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Defective workmanship

  • Errors made by Sew-Adorable

5.2 If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

5.3 Approved refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

6. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

6.1 Sew-Adorable baby blankets are intended for comfort and decorative purposes.

6.2 Always follow safe sleep recommendations provided by pediatric and medical professionals. Never leave a baby unattended with a blanket.

6.3 Before each use, caregivers should:

  • Inspect the blanket for loose threads, tags, or stitching

  • Remove any loose tags or packaging

  • Discontinue use if damage or excessive wear is detected

6.4 Washing prior to first use is strongly recommended. Always follow the care instructions provided to maintain product quality and safety.

6.5 Sew-Adorable is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of our products, failure to inspect the product, or failure to follow recommended safety and care guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on this website—including text, images, logos, embroidery designs, and product descriptions—is the intellectual property of Sew-Adorable and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from Sew-Adorable.
